When you don't get the radical candidate like Bernie Sanders or AOC to run against and you only get moderate Biden this is what you do. Biden has to be controlled by the radicals. Also, notice that running the Country isn't enough of a job that Trump has time to specifically ask for my "file." Are his supporters willing to buy this craziness?

As always, there no mention of any positive accomplishments during his administration, just another dishing out of more negative crap that his base will consume as fact.
Why has no one hammered at him and his ilk in the Senate about replacing the "awful mess" called Obamacare" that he bragged about eliminating. I believe in 2017, his line was "Our plan will be out shortly and will be so much better," or other empty words to that affect. Maybe it is because he is an intellectual cripple. Governing is more challenging than playing every day on twitter (lower case is intentional as the root word is "twit.")
