Howard County Library System's Board of Trustees and Interim President & CEO Ann Gilligan cordially invite you to the Grand Re-Opening of the renovated East Columbia Branch on Saturday, February 10.

The new teen center features classrooms for Teen Time, HiTech, and Homework Club, as well as a science lab and VR Cave.
