A book for every state in the United States??

   I recently came across an article in the Brooklyn Magazine (where else but Facebook would a guy in Columbia read an article from Brooklyn Magazine!) about an effort to identify a book most appropriate for each State.  I have never heard of the one selected for Maryland called, "Jacob I have loved" but it is supposed to represent something about Maryland.
