Why isn't it obvious to his "base" that they are being played for votes, and that as Cohen said, he does not care about any of them. I suppose besides lack of any ability to think critically, they are still driven by hatred of "the left" and evil Democrats, and of course, Obama and the Clintons. And if you are taking your direction from Qanon and Hannity, you are already lost. Are some Americans just that stupid that they do not recognize a snake oil selling campaign (no disrespect to snakes implied).

Most people just don't have the time or the give a F__ to educate themselves and carefully examine their political beliefs. Your a very rare American if you judge you opinions for their merit, as opposed to how comfortably they snuggle in with the rest of your unconscious.
