Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick said yesterday that maybe the State should look at schools having fewer doors to make it more difficult for someone to come into a school to do a school shooting. Only in the United States (and more specifically Texas) would we try to ban doors before guns.

Until a fire or other emergency happens and in the rush to get out of the building, more kids die. I would expect that the number of exits is directly mandated by the state and county fire codes. #onlyintexas
