"One Howard" is an effort to bring together Howard County residents to celebrate the diversity of our County. Certainly this is a timely topic for discussion today with the developing diversity of our Country and our County. Howard County has greatly benefited from the diversity that was built into the plan for Columbia. That diversity has spread countywide and is shown in our unofficial County motto of "Chose Civility."
