When I watch the Christmas tree lighting from DC and New York every year I wonder how Columbia has never figured out a way to do something like this to kick off the Holiday season. The Poinsettia Tree in the Mall just isn't the same thing. Maybe something for the folks in the Merriweather District can pull off.
