"Come celebrate the 50th anniversary of the successful march to Selma, Alabama, which occurred on March 25, 1965. Hear Sherman Howell, the vice president of the African American Coalition of Howard County and fellow Howard County resident, talk about his personal experiences in that historic event.
No registration required. TVIH members and the public are welcome.
Cost $6, payable at the door.
Limited seating. Doors open at 6 pm. Program and movie start at 6:30 pm.
Come at 6:30 to hear Mr. Howell set the stage for the time period. The movie will start at 7 pm.

Parking instructions:
If you park in the Wilde Lake Village parking lot, by the Columbia Swim Center, walk to the left of the Swim Center. Slayton House is on your left. The first entrance is the handicapped entrance and where to enter for the event.
If you park in The Wilde Lake Interfaith Center parking lot, please park on the far half of the lot. Walk towards the Interfaith Center. To the left, walk up the wheelchair ramp. Slayton House is straight ahead on your left. Walk to the far side to enter the handicapped entrance."
