Changes at Lake Kittamaquandi

 During Saturday's Walk About it was hard not to notice the changes taking place around the Lake Kittamaqundi area.

     The renovation of the old Rouse Building is in full swing with tarps covering the exterior of the building. Scheduled opening of the new Whole Foods and CA managed athletic club is September 2014.

    Paddle boats have returned to the lake.  You can rent a regular paddle boat for $15 a half hour and $20 a half hour for the swan paddle boats.  The boat rentals are available evenings during the week and all day on the weekends.

   The renovation of the Clydes restaurant is nearly complete.  The interior is done and the restaurant is open once again.
